Information According to Art. 10 of the Italian law no. 196/03

According to the Legislative Decree no.196 dated 30th June 2003 Meteliza will treat your data with respect to the treatment of personal details.
Meteliza would like to fulfil the obligations that derive from any commercial activity with you, the client, therefore any personal details gathered will necessarily be used for the following goals: contracts, and administrative, accounting and fiscal management.
Handling of personal data will be carried out with either manual or computerised systems, respecting the levels of security required by the Legislative Decree no. 196/03.
Conferring of your personal data is optional, but is absolutely essential for the execution of any commercial activity between you, the client, and Meteliza. The refusal to furnish personal data will impede the establishment of a business relationship.
You have the right to address the holder of said information at any time to confirm your rights are being upheld according to Art. 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/03, rights that are briefly defined in the following. The interested parties have the right to :

• confirm the existence of personal data concerning them and obtain information concerning their origin:
• obtain the subjects of categories of subjects to which the data can be divulged or made known to appointed representative of the State or persons in charge;
• update, rectification, or integration of personal data;
• cancellation, conversion to anonymity or blockage of personal data used in violation of the law;
• a statement that the transactions as indicated in 3.) and 4) have been made known, including their content, of those to which the data has been divulged or made public;
• The interested parties have the right to oppose for legitimate motives regarding the use of personal data, for the sending of advertisements or for direct sales, or for the carrying out of market research or commercial communication.
